I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you to SOWN. You have been so helpful and informative, keeping me in the loop with everything that's been going on, chasing people (including me sometimes!) when things have been outstanding and made the whole process feel quite straightforward. You handled the shared ownership budget changes really sensitively, even though it meant reworking quite a few bits for us both, and you've honestly been a dream to work with. Moving house is pretty stressful, more so when going through a separation/divorce, and I knew nothing about shared ownership so it felt like a bit of a minefield at the start. You've honestly made it bearable and I really appreciate all the help you have given me. If any of my friends/family decide to look into shared ownership I will definitely be recommending you. Still a bit of a way to go yet, but were getting there so I wanted to pass on my thanks.
