Being a first time buyer, the process was always going to be unknown to me, however the process was made so much more straightforward than expected thanks to the support we were given from Kelly Luck. Kelly made us feel like our experience genuinely mattered to her and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for us. I would always recommend Shared Ownership to anybody unable to afford to buy a property outright, it is a great opportunity to get on the property ladder.

My experience with SOWN has been great. Gemma and Natalie were in regular contact with me, kept me updated and were proactive, keeping the momentum of the sale. They were easily contactable and friendly. If I was told that I could use the open market and could do this again, I would have definitely chosen SOWN from the start.

Sanjay was great. I first came to view with no intention of buying, I wanted to find out more about Shared Ownership and see the available apartments as this particular one was in an area of London I wanted to live but was within my budget, which I hadn't expected. There were only studios and a ground floor 1 bed apartment, so I asked Sanjay to put my name down for the new block as I wanted a 1 bed on a higher floor. He showed me lots of different apartments and explained options to me - he wasn't at all pushy but really listened to what I was looking for and what I was concerned about with the process. Another flat became available and he contacted me straightaway as he thought it was exactly what I was looking for and he was spot on. You have a really great team of empathetic and kind sales associates, who take the time to answer my many questions - I know nothing about purchasing a house, or the ins and outs of shared ownership and they were patient and knowledgeable - they really made the whole process so smooth and stress free. I just wanted to write a quick email to let you know what an overall easy experience Kornelija and Tia made of the purchase of mine and Harrison’s forever home. I completed on my house sale yesterday at Forest View in Calverton and I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the fabulous service received from Kornelija. She has been in touch with me every step of the way, always answering my (possibly annoying) texts and calls promptly with lots of useful advice/ help/ information. Kornelija kept me updated when she would be away from the office and provided me with Tia’s contact details should I face any issues, and Tia was also great in her absence. Kornelija has always had my back, fighting for me when the shared ownership regulations changed and I nearly lost this house plot to another customer and helped me secure this home for me and my little boy.
