I am writing to you with my experience with one of your members of staff at SOWN, her name is Kelly. She guided me through every step of completing my shared ownership purchase. She was patient, amazing and went above and beyond for me - nothing was ever too much trouble, even on my actual moving day she contacted me regarding my exchange and also my completion which I shared happy tears! She was amazing at easing my anxiety and made me feel at ease at all times SOWN are so lucky and blessed to have have a member of staff like Kelly, she is polite , professional, friendly , reliable and thorough in her work She really is a massive asset to your company I couldn't of done it without Kelly.
I'm writing to you regarding my experience with SOWN. When my current house was sold I genuinely had no clue what to do or where to go, I got refused from the on-site sales office saying I would fail the affordability test for a mortgage as I was self employed. Just when I thought I had lost my dream house, I saw an add on Facebook for SOWN and I applied - I received a phone call from SOWN who took me through the process; they explained anything that I didn't understand and made my experience with SOWN so easy. They also put me in touch with Ecrame the mortgage adviser from Mortgage Scout who advised me.
I just wanted to write to say how impressed I have been with Tia throughout the whole process of reserving my new home. She has been an absolute tower of strength to me in what is a stressful time when buying a house, she has been there every step of the way and no question has been too much - and I’ve asked a lot! She had been professional at every stage but also so friendly and welcoming which has made the process so much easier. She’s a real credit to your organisation.
Just over 2 years ago we started this process with another firm...........But thanks to Natalie & Peter at SOWN we have done it, and my impression now has certainly changed. Thank you both so much for putting up with my constant phone calls for updates and reassurance. I will be forever grateful for assisting us through to completion and I wish the new owners of my home all the best.
I just wanted to pass on my appreciation for the hard work Arjan has put in for us over the past few weeks, from the very first phone call he provided me with many different services he could offer, he was very knowledgeable and understanding as this was my first property I have ever purchased so he talked me through the whole process and how it works. Not only was he very polite and professional he took the time to build a rapport with you, Arjan always answered my calls to help or when onsite he would call me back the same day, I struggled to communicate with the Building developers which Arjan helped me out with going above and beyond his role as a senior sales advisor, I feel Sown are very fortunate to have such a hard working member of the team, thank you for making this process a little easier for us.
